family reunification and grieving

I have started reading this book and I must say I highly recommend you my viewers to read it. Understanding human behavior and personality (william, 1991) is very important in creating a  solid theoretical basis for providing  help to women who are going through the loss of their children through the system.  Simply  using the normal way of doing things is not providing that mother with goals that are realistic to her situation.
I have seen first hand how the system works and what is offered to parents in the name of family reunification.  Some of us parents don't stand a chance based on the goals  set out for us by the system. It is set up most time in an attempt to set us to fail rather than win.
If you know my issues are lack of support system, no job, or even a job that does not meet all my needs, then what sense does it make to send me to anger management  classes  when my issues have nothing to do with anger management. What sense does it make to send me to sit in a class for 8 hours to teach me to be a better parent when what I need is skills to improve job seeking and maintenance. When what I need is skills to better prove for my children.
