Hi, My name is Georgette George-Wilson. I am from an island called Dominica. Last spring break an opportunity came up to help a community that needed assistance after they suffered so much after hurricane Katrina. I received an email that asked for volunteers and while I didn't quite understand my decision, I knew that I was born to serve. So I signed up to volunteer, to do what I was born to do. I went on the alternative breaks in Biloxi, Ms, and my life was forever changed by the experience that I was exposed to. It was there that I met a group of ladies from  ‪#‎ Sueshouse‬  who opened my eyes and heart to the true meaning of volunteering and doing for others that may not look like me, be like me or even speak like me. It was my pleasure to have done a great service to a community that greatly needed the assistance. Since coming I have started a ministry called i ‪#‎ dayzafter‬ .
